Texas Pete style sauce
(You can also add garlic and other spices if desired.)

1. Blend fresh peppers
2. Add Salt (1 T per Lb)
3. Let it rest for 3-5 days
(Mix every day
It will bubble and
Then go down)
4. Add vinegar and boil
5. Strain and enjoy!

Hey all, we are working with raising money for Carol O'Brien, she is going through chemo-therapy, this is not her first time, and she could use your help.

If you know her or would like to help out please stop by and pick up some goodies for the 4th and help out!

I don't know what baked goods will have there, but I'm pretty sure we'll have some red white and blue cookies! (The blueberry, craisin, white chocolate cookies)
