Hot Diggity Question #14:
I see the phrase “All-American food cooked from scratch” on your menu board. Is everything homemade?

Frank Answer:
We don’t bake the split-top rolls (yet), make the 100% all beef Nathan hot dogs, or can our own pickles, but most everything else is made right here in our kitchen with real, whole food, including our signature hot dog toppings—cole slaw, sauerkraut, onion relish—and, of course, our chowda, chili, cheese sauce, all white tuna salad, and lunch specials like our roast beef.

And don't even get us started on those desserts.

We're not really sure when so many restaurants started pre-packaging everything and putting fake grill marks on pressed food "parts", but one whiff from that opened order window gives you all the confirmation you need on the freshness and authenticity of our food!

Our hearts are filled with joy when we see families sharing a meal at our place with big grins on their faces!
