Fall is officially in full swing here at the scoop shop! A HUGE “Thank you” to The Farmstand for decorating our outdoor space and getting us ready for sweater weather! Today we also dropped two of our fall flavors; Pumpkin Roll Cheesecake and Sweet Potato Casserole. Both flavors are in the dipping cabinet this week until we are sold out. If you are really craving those fall flavors, we have The Farmstand’s delicious Pumpkin Roll slices you can add to your favorite ice cream and make it a Pumpkin Roll Sundae. We’re wrapping up the last weekend of the summer season here at the scoop shop, so come grab one more scoop of our wildly popular summer flavor, Red, White, & Blueberry! Happy Peak of the Week! We took ALL of our leftover brownies from the weekend and whipped up a special little sweet treat for the dipping cabinet this week! This is a Vanilla ice cream loaded with our Fudge Brownies, Caramel Turtle Brownies, and Brookies with lots of extra caramel sauce for our limited flavor, Brownie Overload. We had enough to make one batch only, so come grab a scoop before the tub is scooped clean. We’re open until 8 PM tonight. See you soon! 🍦✨

The October Hopkins County Coffee Crawl lineup just dropped today, and we’re on the list!!! We can’t wait to welcome all the participants this year and serve up our featured Caramel Macchiato Sundae! 🍨✨

The 2026 Hopkins County Coffee Crawl lineup is here! ☕️

We’ve been working behind the scenes, and we’re excited to finally introduce the 12 participating businesses joining us for this year’s Coffee Crawl!

From October 1–31, each stop will be serving up an exclusive $5 Coffee Crawl Special created just for the event. Grab a passport, visit each participating business and collect an initial with every special you try.

Complete the entire crawl and you’ll receive a limited-edition Coffee Crawl mug and sticker, plus be entered to win the Coffee Lovers Giveaway Basket filled with goodies from participating businesses.

And yes, there are some really good ones this year. 👀☕

Happy Wednesday!!! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! We didn’t want to let too many days go by without giving a shout out and a HUGE thank you to Chris Boyd and the entire Boyd’s Redeemed Crew for doing an amazing job replacing the roofs on our two adjacent buildings, as well as to Hometown Glass and Shower for a seamless and easy replacement on our storefront windows.

Since everyone will start to see and hear a lot of work in progress at the shop over the next several months, we wanted everyone to hear it from the source as to what the heck is going on in here. As most of our customers know, we have mulled over so many ideas as to what to do with our adjacent buildings. Now that the time has come to start renovations, we have decided since the ice cream shop has grown exponentially this past year, the best use of the buildings would be to expand Squeeze In Scoop Shop. Phase 1, our original shop will remain as is. Phase 2 will include a large seating area with restrooms, more counter space and freezer space to offer more ice cream menu items, more frozen treats, and drink and snack options. Of course, in true Squeeze In style, Jarrid Scott will be back to help us design and create the same fun and unique atmosphere inside the parlor. We are hoping to have it completed no later than the spring of 2027, but the space needs an immense amount of renovation, so we ask for your patience.

We are incredibly excited to get started on this huge project, but also wanted you all to know that this undertaking could not have been possible without all of you. Thank you for all the love and support shown to us this past year, and we can’t wait to give back by offering an even more extraordinary place in this very special little town. 🩷🍦✨
