Hey all we have some exciting things coming up on the schedule! FRIDAY June 5th is NATIONAL DONUT DAY and we have been asked to be featured on ABC12 NEWS for the Good Morning Mid Michigan show live at 9am! We may attempt to do a pop up that afternoon if possible, but if not, you can catch us at the Davison Farmers Market SATURDAY June 6th from 9am-5pm. MONDAY June 8th we have a private event in the morning, but in the afternoon we will be in Lapeer for the Food Truck Festival from 4-8pm! We are so excited, for everything this season has happening, thank you so much for all of your support, keep following and sharing to keep up with important updates, and events!

Hello everyone! Amanda here from the Doin’ Donuts team. Our Season has officially kicked off and we are ROLLIN’ As we are getting lots of inquiries regarding special events such as graduation open houses, weddings, staff appreciation, bridal showers, baby showers etc. We do have a few dates still available this season. I will list them below. In the spirit of being transparent and saving you as well as us time, I want to put our current catering pricing out there for you. We are simple, and dont bother with a guest count or skimp down on our menu. For private events we offer all of our menu items in one size. We have two available options for booking private events (which we will typically travel up to an hour away for, traveling farther can be discussed and negotiated). A deposit of half the total cost is due at the time of booking, with the balance being paid upon arrival on the day of the event. We require 1 hour of set up time at the venue, and 30 minutes of breakdown time.

PRIVATE EVENT PRICING:

OPTION ONE: $750, two hours of serving time and up to 100 servings. Your guests will choose from our full menu selection.

OPTION TWO: $1000/hr with a minimum of two hours, NO LIMIT on servings. Your guests will have the full menu to choose from and the opportunity to try everything on it if they so choose. The only stipulations are only ordering one at a time per person. This keeps the line flowing and allows everyone to be served in a timely manner.

Upcoming events:

Friday May 8th, we will be in SWARTZ CREEK at the high school stadium for the TRACK and FIELD event starting at 2pm.

Saturday May 9th, we will be in CLARKSTON at Bordine’s Nursery 8600 Dixie Hwy, Clarkston, Mi from 9am-8pm, come shop for your spring and summer flowers or Mothers Day gifts and stop by for your favorite fresh fried mini donuts! This will be our first time setting up in Clarkston, tell your friends!

Monday May 11th: Davison High School 1250 N Oak Rd Davison, Mi for the SVL TRACK meet (3pm), JV and Varsity BASEBALL (4pm), and GIRLS JV and Varsity SOCCER (5pm/6:45pm) we will be open from 2pm-8:30pm. As an official Sponsor of Davison Community Schools a portion of ALL sales are donated from school/athletic events.

Wahoo! We surpassed 1800 followers today!when we hit 2000 how should we celebrate? I’m wondering if we shouldn’t do free donuts for everyone with the same first name as our 2000th follower for a day….🤔We love having everyone’s reviews, ideas and suggestions and appreciate your support. 🥰

Hey everyone! It’s been 2 months since we have been Doin’ Donuts! We are hoping you are missing us as much as we are missing you! Although the truck is not operating from November through March due to winter temperatures, we are hard at work planning, booking and preparing for our next season! This is a great time to schedule us for upcoming events March through October, provide flavor suggestions you would like to see offered on our limited time specialty menu, or let us know where you would like to see us set up and Doin’ Donuts at next. We have learned a lot and had so much fun our first two seasons and are confident that the upcoming season being our third, will be the best yet! We value and appreciate our amazing community, fan base, followers, customers and fellow food truck operators for all of the support and love the past two seasons! Please share with us your pictures, reviews, and suggestions and together let’s get excited about Doin’ Donuts again in March!

Hey everyone! As disappointing as it may be that the donut truck is seasonal and we have to winterize it when the temps get too low and are unable to offer our fresh fried mini donuts, we are able to offer our menu items as GOURMET CUPCAKES during the winter months out of our home kitchen as a cottage food operation Makin’ Babycakes! Cupcakes are $2 each, with specialties like Dubai, or Kitchen Sink at $3 each. We can accept personal orders of 12 or more or pick up orders of flavors of the week in packages of 6 or more. Drop off/local delivery available if needed. Today I will be making Samoa, Dubai Chocolate Raspberry, and Boston Cream. Comment or message us to place an order or plan a pick up! Accepting cash, check, venmo, and zelle😉
