The menu was developed to serve a broad “family” mix, so that the dining experience is sensitive to particular likes and wants. The creative KH Signature Blend burgers (a
special blend of all certified Angus beef: filet mignon, brisket, and chuck) is caefully crafted to achieve the most mouthwatering patty you've ever tasted. Each burger is hand-formed in house and served up on freshly baked challah buns. While the remarkable burgers are the staple item, the versatile menu offers equally high quality food types, with each ingredient carefully selected for taste, quality, and presentation; including Classic Fried Cod and Delightfully Flaky Tilapia, all beef Knuckle Dogs (1/4 lb Kosher or ½ lb. foot long), Knuckle Lickin' Grilled Chicken Sandwich , Chipotle Black Bean Burger (our addictive version of a "Veggie Burger") , a grilled Mahoney’s Boloney extravaganza, large portion Caesar, Chopped Cobb and Garden Salads topped with choices grilled chicken, beef or fish, side orders of premium French Fries, Onion Rings, or our very own cooked fresh per order Hot Chips, whole ice cream milkshakes and floats (we never use flavored syrups), soft drinks, craft beer and wine.
