Tonight is a Blood Orange Mule! A mix between a margarita and a Moscow mule that’s tequila based. We add sour, blood orange puree, shake and pour over ice with a splash of refreshing blood orange ginger beer! This delicious treat is rimmed with savory Tajin!

Nachos Verde
Crispy corn chips piled high with melted cheddar cheese. We top with pinto beans, salsa verde, pickled jalapeños, corn salsa and an avocado crema drizzle. While we recommend carnitas, you choose your protein then we finish with a scoop of sour cream and fresh minced cilantro!

~SOUP’er Saturday~
What?!?! POP-up Soup on a rainy day?!? We are here for it!
Corn Chowder topped with slow braised beef roast!
Sauteed onions, garlic, red peppers and corn. We add water, cheese, pinto beans and an array of seasonings. This soup is vegetarian naturally, but we stepped up our game and made a braised roast beef to pile on top! Don’t like beef? We can substitute chicken, chorizo or just keep it vegetarian! Served with chips and salsa!

West-Coast Burrito
Cheddar jack cheese, pinto beans, your choice of protein and fresh guacamole. We add a lime heavy pico, special taco sauce and then the REAL magic happens….. crispy French fries topped with creamy queso stuffed inside this delicious burrito!

Charred flour tortilla stuffed with pinto beans and topped with a southwestern pimento cheese. We add a scoop of the protein of your choice (Seen here is chorizo) and finish with a cilantro heavy, cabbage- based pico de gallo.

Taco Salad Nachos
Melted Monterrey jack cheese on a pile of flash fried corn chips. We top with your choice of black or pinto beans and picked jalapeños, then we get HEALTHY! We build a beautiful salad with shredded green leaf lettuce, diced Roma tomatoes, red onions and a delicious salsa de crema dressing. We finish with your choice of protein (ground turkey seen here) and zesty corn salsa! We are here for all of your health goals and we won’t judge whether you eat with a fork or your hands 🤷🏼‍♀️
