It's been a long, busy, awesome, and fulfilling day! A few snags as always but I'm so happy we were able to provide so many meals for our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen, from donations to just helping me get the word out. And a special thank you to my family and friends who helped serve and deliver, I couldn't have done it without you. 🧡

Last two turkeys(out of 12!) are on the smoker! 7 pans of green bean casserole, 6 pans of scalloped corn, 6 pans of apple crisp, and I'm almost ready! I'm sorry but I didn't have time to make the pumpkin pies from scratch so they are store bought 🫣 but! I will be ready to serve(and deliveries already on their way) at 11. Happy Thanksgiving 🧡

Do you know anyone in the QC who needs a meal on Thanksgiving? I am providing meals including smoked turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, scalloped corn or green bean casserole, dinner roll, dessert, and a drink. Today's the dayyyy! My last lunch service for the season is today 11-4 at Locust Mart BP 😭 All proceeds of today's lunch will go towards funding Smoke N Sizzle distributing Thanksgiving meals to those in need.

Happy Saturday folks! I'll be set up at The Pour House on W Locust from 6:30pm-2am tonight with my usual menu of smoked goodness and burgers, and I'm embracing the fall weather with pumpkin pie cheesecakes! Come get one before they're gone!
