🥃 THIS WEDNESDAY — THE GOLDEN HOUR FLIGHT 🥃

Whiskey Wednesday returns to the BIX Bistro Bar this Wednesday, August 26, from 4:00 to 9:00 PM — and this month's lineup leans warm, golden, and a little sunset-hued.

Four handcrafted cocktails. $30 Four Cocktails.

🥃 DUBLINER — Revelton Whiskey and Revelton Honey Whiskey. Warm grain, caramel, and golden honey come together in a soft, slightly sweet sip with a lingering whiskey finish.

🍊 FRENCH 95 — Gentlemen's Cut layered with fresh citrus. Orange brings the juicy sweetness, lemon adds a crisp, tart edge, and the bourbon warmth carries it all.

🍷 PORT PUNCH — Angel's Envy Bourbon and port wine, brightened with fresh orange and lemon. Ripe berry, dark fruit, caramel, and a rich, wine-like depth.

🍒 RED HOOK — Templeton Rye, sweet vermouth, and maraschino. Bold rye spice leads into dark fruit and herbal richness, finishing with a subtle cherry-almond sweetness.
