A note from our pizza chef: 👨‍🍳

“I would like to share something with my friends and customers of E&I PIZZA. One of the reasons that we have been closed a lot lately is because it is a lot more difficult to maintain the right temperature for our dough on a food truck compared to an actual restaurant, especially with the recent fluctuations in our weather. I refuse to sell pizza when the dough is not what it should be. We are not here to just make fast money. We care about the quality of the product that we sell. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience and will figure out a better way to deal with the temperatures on the truck for our dough to be ready everyday. Thank you for your understanding. “Me gustaría compartir algo con mis amigos y clientes de E&I PIZZA. Una de las razones por las que hemos estado cerrados mucho últimamente es porque es mucho más difícil mantener la temperatura adecuada para nuestra masa en un camión de comida en comparación con un restaurante, especialmente con las fluctuaciones recientes en nuestro clima. Me niego a vender pizza cuando la masa no es lo que debería ser. No estamos aquí solo para hacer dinero rápido. Nos preocupamos por la calidad del producto que vendemos. Una vez más, me disculpo por cualquier inconveniente y encontraré una mejor manera de lidiar con las temperaturas en el camión para que nuestra masa esté lista todos los días. Gracias por su comprensión. Dios les bendiga.”
