“Specialty” isn’t just coffee with a nicer name. ☕️

It starts with the coffee itself and carries through every step to the cup.

It’s never easy to say goodbye, but sadly Pj’s Coffee will be closing its chapter and doors this coming Sunday December 15th. We want to say thank you for everyone who let us be a part of their mornings, their afternoons, their times of celebration and even the times of sadness. We would love to see you join us this weekend for one last cup of coffee, and some beignets! If you do have gift cards and rewards points for free drinks, please use them by this Sunday! Since we will no longer be open after that day. We look forward to seeing you this weekend. Thank you for the adventure we enjoyed spending it with all of you!
