We will be closing down temporarily after the month ends while we work on a new location. In the mean time we are still here inside of the old Eleven17 and will operate until we sell out of product.

Open 5pm-1am Friday and Saturday and open 5pm-11pm Sunday - Thursday (Closed Mondays)

Pictured here is our new Southwest burger and our Mozzarella Sticks, a good combo to start your evening in the Village. Open 5-11pm Sunday - Thursday and 5-1am Friday and Saturday. Brunch is served on Sundays from 12pm - 3pm!

Our Future Plans.

As most you may know, Eleven17 If ya know what I mean is closing its doors officially after July 9th. This is very upsetting news as we have grown an amazing relationship with the bar's employee's and patrons over the course of our 8 months of being open. We would not be in the spot we are today without Eleven17, Serge, Jess and every last one of you who has came in and supported us while they have been open. We thank you all so much for what we have created here!

With that being said, many of you are wondering where that leaves the Meat Lab at. We will be staying open here at this location and will relocate if necessary! We can't wait to keep serving you for the forseeable future.

Hello everyone 👋🏾

Tonight we will be making a post addressing the closing of Eleven17 and what we plan on doing going forward. On a lighter note, we have a working 📞 number again so that customers may ask questions while navigating the online menu, or to just put an order in directly with us for pick up. Our new phone number is updated on Google but for everyone here that hasn’t seen it: our new number is (563)284-3120.

We also have some new menu photos coming courtesy of Coach Cross Photography and they are the best pictures we have ever received of our food. Keep your eyes here for more on those delicious looking photos!

Feel free to call and ask questions about the menu or to place an order before you show up, we are ready for your calls! 😊👏

The Cheesy Fire Tacos have been a huge part of Coia's Meat Lab since almost the beginning! Originally intended to be a limited special, the Cheesy Fire Tacos ended up staying for a LONG TIME!! We've decided it's time to give them a rest... Not sure whether or not they will make a return in the future but THANK YOU, to everyone who took the time to enjoy them while they were here!!! 🫶🌮

Our menu is updated and our online ordering is ready for the public!!! 🤯👏👏👏

You can save this QR code to your phone and have our website with online ordering ready at all times 😁and also save the menu so you can plan ahead on your meal with us. We currently have inside pickup and are working on our carside options. You'll receive a text when your order is ready when you place it online, so you won't have to worry about your wait!

We are located inside of Eleven17 If ya know what I mean and open 5pm to 1am Friday and Saturday, 12pm-3pm for brunch on Sundays and open Sunday through Thursday 5pm-11pm :)

🚨🚨 NEW MENU ITEM ALERT 🚨 🚨

I said it last week and I’ll say it again right now: I AM SO EXCITED for this. We have been hard at work perfecting the recipes and letting our regulars get sneak peeks of what we are working on.

Pictured below is our new burgers and brand new flatbreads we have been DYING to put out. We will be serving these items ALL DAY. We are also gonna be live on Doordash, GrubHub and UberEats very soon here!

Like our page to keep updated on when everything goes live, and stop by Tuesday through Sunday next week when we release these new items. 👏

New menu items anyone??? 🤨🤔

Well we got them coming to you this next week! Adding a whole new menu item and expanding on our burger menu from what we have. 5 brand new burgers for you to try and a revamp of our quesadilla burger is what's up next for the menu. I'll leave the brand new item for y'all to guess down below because we surely didn't think we'd have this in the lab anytime soon. Super pumped to show y'all some pictures after our next time in the test ⚗️
