New feature alert!

Seafood Paella—$36
A Spanish dish from Valencia composed of Saffron-flavored rice cooked with bacon, Spanish chorizo, mussels, clams and shrimp. Served in a hot paella pan to create socarrat—a layer of toasted rice.

"I have been enthralled by food my entire life following my passion into the Food and Beverage Industry for over 13 years in both culinary and purchasing. During that time, I have worked for and supported numerous Sports and Entertainment venues and private restaurants. Focusing on making every experience a valuable one for the guest and a tool for growth for myself, whether it has been the opening of new properties or supporting of annual events, these experiences have stirred up a desire to continue developing as a culinarian.
I am constantly focusing and developing my techniques and doing everything I can to pass on the knowledge and experiences I have acquired in my career. Teaching and learning has been a driving factor for me in my life and culinary career—this is something that I hope others will be inspired by during these cooking classes."

Make your New Year's Eve dinner plans at Thunder Bay Grille Davenport—you won't want to miss these special features!

Filet and Lobster Surf and Turf ($58)—6oz filet mignon topped with Cowboy onion rings and red w**e demi-glace accompanied by a broiled lobster tail with drawn butter and Yukon parmesan mashed potatoes. Served with a side salad.

Swordfish Curry ($38)—Pan seared sword fish over cumin cilantro white rice with a Thai coconut curry sauce. Served with side salad.
