BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW! ✏️📚

We’ll be at Rise • Dassel bright & early, ready for the teachers heading in, the parents trying to get everyone out the door on time, and especially the moms who plan on celebrating a successful drop-off with a little caffeine. 😂

Our Back to School Menu is ready to go with a whole new lineup to try — and don’t forget, you can grab a breakfast sandwich or a Rise Bowl while you’re here too. 🙌

And because apparently we couldn’t leave well enough alone…we got our hands on a VERY limited stash of Witch’s Brew. 👀 We tried it topped with salted caramel cold foam and YEP. 🤤

It didn’t make the official menu because we only have a few — when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Good luck on the first day, kids, teachers & parents!

We’ll handle the caffeine…and breakfast. See you tomorrow! 🫡

Tuesday 7-4

September hours are looking a little different. 👀

We’re trying out some later hours this month and seeing where it takes us!

If you’ve been wishing you had a little more time to make it into Rise • Dassel…September is your month. 🙌

Monday–Friday | 7–4
Saturday | 8–Noon

It’s a trial run for now. If you like the later hours, come see us and help us decide if they’re here to stay. 🤎

See you this week!

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸🐓

Rise • Dassel will be CLOSED Monday, but Red Rooster Days aren’t over yet!

There’s still plenty happening around Dassel tomorrow — the Largest Chicken BBQ in the State, Classic Car Show, Red Rooster Run, vendors, live music, concessions, beer garden, dunk tank + more!

After such a fun first Red Rooster weekend, we’re taking the day to spend some time with our people and enjoy a little of the fun ourselves.

Go support all the people who have worked so hard to make this weekend happen, enjoy everything Dassel has going on, and we’ll see you Tuesday at 7 AM! ❤️

Happy Labor Day, friends!

Congratulations to your 2026–2027 Dassel Ambassadors, Megan & Amara! 👑✨

And oddly enough…after tallying up all of the drinks from our Dassel Ambassadors menu Megan’s drink was the community favorite, with Amara & Julia tying for second! Apparently Dassel knew what they were doing. 😉❤️

We had so much fun getting to know all five of these girls over the last few weeks and loved being able to play even a small part in such a special weekend.

Congratulations to Megan & Amara, to all five candidates, and to Ella & Julia on an incredible year. Thank you for letting Rise • Dassel be part of it. We loved cheering you girls on! 🥰

What a fun first Dassel Red Rooster Days for us! 🐓

Your 2026-2027 Dassel Ambassadors, Megan Hopkins and Amara Schroeder ❤️✨

We will be forever proud of our five candidates and outgoing ambassadors. We’d also like to extend a HUGE thank you to all those who stepped up to volunteer and make the day possible.

It truly was Dassel’s. Greatest. Show. 🎪

LOOKING FOR A HANDYMAN 🔨

Okay ladies… who has a husband, dad, brother, friend—or just knows a guy? 😂

We’re looking for someone who can help us install/hang an aluminum commercial door inside Rise. It will involve anchoring/jackhammering into ceramic tile, so we’re looking for someone who has the right tools and knows what they’re doing.

This is a paid job — we’re not looking for a volunteer, just hoping to find someone local who can help us get it done!

Send the Rise • Dassel page a DM if you’re interested or know someone we should contact. And feel free to tag your handy people below! 👇
