As we get closer to opening, there’s one thing we know for sure…

We want this space to celebrate more than just great drinks! 🥤

We’re looking to feature local makers and small businesses inside the shop—from handcrafted goods to unique creations that showcase the talent in our community.

If you create things like candles, woodworking, signs, pottery, crocheted items, jewelry, apparel, tumblers, artwork, home décor, or other handmade products, we’d love to hear from you!

Hi, Dassel. I think it’s time we officially introduce ourselves. 😎

I’m Jess, the owner of Rise • Dassel.

This crew is my reason for taking big chances, working long hours, and believing crazy ideas are worth chasing.

After building Rise • Redwood Falls, the opportunity to move a little closer to home felt like the right next chapter - not just for the business, but for our family.

Rise is truly a family effort. My daughters will be right there beside me behind the counter, and the boys are always cheering us on from behind the scenes.

Our goal has never been to simply sell drinks. We want to be a place where you’re greeted by name, where you’ll probably run into someone you know, and where a great drink is just a bonus.

We can’t wait to meet you, become part of the community, and welcome you through our doors very soon.

Thank you for the early morning practices, the late-night pickups, the life lessons, the terrible dad jokes, and everything in between.

We believe community matters.

Whether it’s supporting youth sports, school activities, local fundraisers, or community events, giving back has always been a big part of Rise.

Congratulations to the 12U BOLD softball team on their 3rd-place finish this weekend! 🏆

We’re excited to bring that same community-first mindset to Dassel. 🥤🤍

We were honored to donate drinks and cheer these girls on as they battled through the tournament.

One thing we’ll always be grateful for is the opportunity to support local teams, schools, and organizations. Watching these kids work hard and represent their communities so well is pretty special. ❤️
