Tonight is the Meat Raffle at 6pm! Enchilada Bowls are on the menu.

Friday and Saturday night are all about steaks and cakes. Crab cakes and peanut butter chocolate cake that is.

Check out our Friday night menu! I reached out to another Chef I used to work with at The Peppercorn Grill in Long Lake, what seems like a million years ago. Chef Sam made the absolute best crab cakes! Well, Chef Isaac is so good that when we tested the recipe I was instantly transported back to that little strip mall on Wayzata Blvd. I can credit the owner Jude Villifana with having had a huge impact on where my career has taken me.

Friday night the dinner special is Hollandaise Royal. 8 oz flame grilled sirloin topped with sautéed shrimp, asparagus and house made hollandaise with mashed potatoes.
