​We want to pull back the curtain and be 100% transparent with you! While our grab-and-go items aren't made right here in town, they are made just down the road by our friends at Wander Wholesale Food in Marysville, WA.

​Supporting local and small businesses will always be our number one priority. For us, "local" means supporting our incredible Pacific Northwest neighbors. 🌟 Employee Spotlight: Celebrating Delana! 🌟

​If you’ve stepped into Bespoke Café recently, you already know that our team is the heart of everything we do. Today, we want to shine a massive, well-deserved spotlight on our incredible counter rockstar, Delana! ☕✨

​As many of our regulars know, this past month has been a bit of a regulatory roller coaster for us behind the scenes. Navigating unexpected menu transitions and permit hurdles is never easy for a small business, but Delana has been our absolute anchor through it all.

​She has stepped up to the counter every single day, facing sudden changes and customer questions head-on with nothing but grace, kindness, and a warm smile. Even when things got hectic, her dedication to making sure every person who walked through our doors felt welcomed never wavered.

​We are so incredibly lucky to have her on our team, and we know our community loves her just as much as we do.

To our wonderful community, we want to start by offering our sincerest apologies for the recent silence and any confusion regarding the availability of our fresh-cooked burritos and our biscuits and gravy. We recently had to pause that offering due to our current permit situation, and we are so sorry for the lack of timely communication about this change.

Life can get pretty hectic for us; in addition to running Bespoke, both Tyler, our owner, and Chef April are proud members of the local fire department, dedicating themselves as first responders. We also balance several other businesses and, to add to the chaos, faced some delivery mishaps this week due to car mechanical issues.

​However, we have amazing news! Both the burritos you are used to seeing and our delicious cookies are now officially back in stock and ready for you to eat tomorrow.

We are deeply sorry for these inconveniences, but this experience has sparked some fantastic new ideas. We're back to the drawing board to find creative ways to provide locally made food rather than outsourcing it, so stay tuned for some exciting updates.

A Huge "Thank You" from BeSpoke Cafe!

​As you can see, we are feeling incredibly grateful for your support! This past Sunday was a whirlwind. I was busy restocking our Bespoke Signature Potato Burritos, and they were flying out of the oven so fast I could barely get them to the fridge!

​I do have a few of the signatures left for those of you who want to snag one, and I'm already gathering ingredients to prep more to come!

​Wow! I am absolutely blown away by the response to my Bespoke Signature Potato Burritos. I knew they were a personal favorite, but the support and appreciation you’ve shown has left me speechless.

​To everyone who grabbed one: Thank you! I hope you enjoyed every bite.

​To those who missed out: I am working hard on a restock! Because each burrito is handmade with care from scratch, it takes a little extra time to get everything just right. Now that I know how much you love them, I’ll be sure to keep a much larger stock on hand for the next round.

Sold Out Sunday! ☕️

​A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by today! Our homemade buttermilk biscuits and gravy officially sold out, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support from this community.

​While you're here, be sure to check out the progress we’re making on the shop! "Boss man" and I have been hard at work sprucing things up—we've added a bunch of new live plants to the interior and spent some quality time outdoors weeding the garden beds and tending to the lawn.
