Hey y’all, we’ve been having some emotional moments of self reflection today and honestly, we’re just overwhelmed with gratitude. When we started down this road, we had no idea the kind of support this community would show us, and as locals, as folks who were born and raised right here in McIntosh County and people who are deeply rooted to this quite little town. Guys, this isn’t some sales pitch post. We’re not promoting anything other than love and hoping in this troubled world we all help each other keep our heads up…we just need to say thank you. Will, Jordon, and I were all raised here. This is home. Our families, our friends, our roots. Today, walking around Rivers Edge and propping open the screen doors over looking the deck to the river and sweeping the sidewalk and just standing with our hands on our hips with this cool wind in our face looking at the progress, we just stopped and said, wow. Not because of what we’ve done, but because of what all of you have made possible. Every time you come eat with us, bring your family, tell a friend, share a post, leave a kind word, or just encourage us, you’re helping build Rivers Edge. YOUR Rivers Edge. We truly couldn’t do this without you. Your support has been overwhelming to us, not just as business owners, but as just normal people, as neighbors, as families raising our own families here. From our families to yours, thank you. Truly. We love this community. We love the Darien waterfront. And we are so deeply grateful for every single one of you.
