There’s a new face behind the flower counter at Palmer’s. 🌸 Meet Taylor, our new Floral Manager!
For Taylor, working with flowers started as a hobby. A lifelong gardener, she grew up gardening with her mom before getting her start in the floral industry at Stop & Shop. There, a floral manager took her under her wing and encouraged her to learn everything she could. Taylor eventually earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, stepped away from floral for a time, and ultimately realized how much she missed working with her hands and watching something beautiful come together.
Now, she’s bringing that creativity to Palmer’s. 💐
Her favorite part so far? The people. Taylor says the team has been incredibly welcoming, and she’s especially enjoyed bouncing ideas back and forth with Safisha. As we head into one of her favorite times of year, she’s looking forward to the energy of the holidays, getting creative during the busy season & finding new ways to continue improving our Floral Department.
A few more things to know about Taylor: she’s a plant girl through and through 🪴, her favorite flower is lantana, she loves peonies, and when she’s not at Palmer’s, there’s a good chance she’s gardening at home. Her garden is filled with everything from tomatoes & zucchini to pumpkins.
