To Our Beloved Clients,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a significant change in operations of La Panza, our beloved restaurant located on 7516 S. Cass Ave. in Darien. After much consideration of operational efficiencies, we have accepted an agreement and another tenant will take over the physical space where La Panza has been located for a year and a half. La Panza will be transitioning from a physical store into a catering-only business.
The decision was not made lightly, as we understand the impact it may have on our loyal patrons and the community. However, we believe that focusing our efforts on catering services will allow us to maintain the high standards of quality and authenticity that La Panza is known for. Also, as a family owned business we have decided to prioritize some more time with our kids and loved ones.
Our catering services will continue to offer the same authentic Latin american flavors that our customers have come to love, delivered directly to their homes, offices, or event venues. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, birthday party or any special occasion.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our loyal customers who have supported us. Their patronage has been invaluable to us, and we forward to continuing to serve the community through our catering services.
