It's Friday and the weekend is here! Today's lunch special is our turkey bacon club. Smoked turkey with grilled apples, melted gouda and bacon on toasted wheatberry bread. Served with house seasoned fries. The soup is cajun potato.
The prime rib is roasting, double chocolate espresso creme brulee is ready and waiting, and there are plenty steaks to be grilled. Get some heat relief from your long day of Bargains Galore...come eat with us!

It's Thursday and you have seen that we WILL have chicken fried steak today! Thanks to another vendor, who we do not do business with, coming in to save the day for us. Tankersley was very kind to ask us how much steak we needed and delivered almost immediately. In this business relationships are crucial, you never burn your bridges and in the end, your problem is really just an unsolved opportunity.
For 64 Galore, we have Bargain Hunters Brulee, our double chocolate creme brulee with extra shot of espresso to fuel your highway hauling! Stay hydrated out there, and we'll be waiting with the A/C cranked when you need to eat and cool off. Happy hunting...come eat with us!

Good morning, just another glimpse into the inner workings of the machine and how my day get started, so very early in the morning!
You see me in the Dardanelle kitchen in these videos. And that's not because I'm not in Clarksville. It's because this kitchen has so much space, it allows me to work for both houses in this space and not be underfoot in either kitchen. I'm sort of working Clarksville remotely! To manage two houses, I had to be able to teach the cooks in the houses to do what I do. And I'm their support team. I'm the one getting them set up to do what they do so well.
Happy Thursday...it's almost your weekend!

Today's special is grilled flank steak in a garlic parmesan butter sauce over penne with fresh basil. Delicious would only barely describe this plate. The soup is gumbo with chicken, andouille sausage and okra, over rice. It's a good day at our table...come eat with us!

We are actively searching for 2 positions!.

We need a fry chef...friday and Saturday nights are a definite. If you are a senior in high school, with no prior committments you are a good candidate. Hours are 4:45 pm to close which could be 8:30 or 9:00 pm. After we close you clean your station and help put the line to bed.
The second position is server. You must be able to work the lunch shift from 11:00 to 2:00. Other shifts are available, but we must cover the lunches.

Another great Smorgas-board for brunch! Today we loaded them with eggs, English muffin, banana waffles, blueberry muffin, mini donut, fresh fruits, bacon, sausage and fried potatoes.
If you missed it...we are here every Saturday making delicious breakfast items in addition to our full menu. Come eat with us!
