Norm’s is excited to host an elegant tequila tasting dinner! 🍾

Join us Friday, September 25th for an intimate evening of incredible food, exceptional tequila, and thoughtfully curated pairings.

We’ll begin at 6PM with a reception featuring a house-inspired tequila old fashion featuring Fortaleza Blanco and hors d’oeuvres, then followed by a four-course dinner + dessert. You won’t want to miss out on the special performance by Jason Michael Carroll 🎸

Throughout the evening, each course will be paired with a selection of premium tequila from G4, Don Fulano & Bad Stuff Tequila, including Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo expressions. 🥃

On the menu:

✨ Hamachi Crudo with yuzu, blood orange & avocado
✨ Wood-Grilled Jumbo Prawns with roasted corn risotto & lime beurre blanc
✨ Coffee & Chili-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with smoked sweet potato purée & mole demi-glace
✨ Herb-Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb with blackberry ancho chili demi-glace
✨ Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème with salted caramel & candied pepitas

Tickets are $250 per person and are limited.
