It's an exciting week in the What's Cooking kitchen. We're cooking up a brand new meal for you! This Thursday try our newest addition to the menu: Shepherd's Pie!

Our Shepherd's Pie is made with locally raised ground beef mixed with peas and carrots and topped with mashed potatoes and white cheddar cheese. This meal comes with a dinner roll and desert.

Speaking of dessert, we're baking Apple Pies and chocolate chip cookies.
