Our dough is made fresh daily from the highest quality winter wheat, buttermilk and whey. It is then refrigerated for 48 hours to allow for the development of our characteristically complex flavor. What’s makes our pizza sauce so good? It’s made with fresh hand-packed tomatoes and cooked with fresh basil, and then flavored with a special blend of spices, and a touch of garlic!
