Introducing our First Nitrogen fermentation Washed Coffee from Colombia. This process has created a coffee like we have never had. Notes of Banana on the nose, Cherry. In the Cup we taste Banana, Dark Cherry and Fruity Chocolate. 🍌🍒🍫☕️

Please note due to its limited availability and rare processing this coffee will only be sold by the half pound at $ 18.00 per half pound. As we want to be able to provide this unique offering to as many customers as we can.

Nitro Fermentation Anaerobic- This coffee has tasting notes of Banana, Dark Cherry and fruity chocolate. It’s an absolute home run.

The Fermentation Method: Ripe coffee cherries are pulped and placed into a sealed bioreactor. As starter cultures (like yeast or bacteria) are added to ferment the beans, nitrogen gas is pumped into the chamber to displace the oxygen.Flavor Profile: This method minimizes unwanted oxidation and prevents "funky" fermented tastes. It results in a coffee with pronounced clarity, amplified fruit characteristics, and a crisp, vibrant finish—bridging the bright flavors of natural-processed coffees with the cleanliness of washed beans

Indian Mysore Nuggets - Bold, Nutty, Caramel and Dark Chocolate. Vanilla and spice in the aroma.

Ethiopia Anerobic - 96 hour fermentation. Makes a wild cup. We taste, blackberry, raspberry, sweet lemonade and strawberry. Fruity clean and sweet.

Columbia Yuppi natural - triple berry perfection in this one! We got notes of Clementine blueberry raspberry and blackberry , even some melon notes as the cup cooled.

Strawberry lollipop - this one is fun! It is not flavored or cofermented with strawberries. It is a Colombian coffee Caturra variety that is fermented and steeped in vats in a temperature controlled environment for over 120 hours. The result turned out great. We got notes of strawberry candy, chocolate with a hint of sweet lime. Definitely candy like.

Bali Blue Moon- Syrupy, Chocolate, spice, clean, Bold

Costa Rica Dota - Berries, Caramel, nutty and sweet

Colombia Geisha - Balanced, Creamy, Tropical fruit, Caramel and honey, Geisha variety is quite rare, but Command some of the highest prices in the specialty coffee market. The coffee is like no other truly special with complex aromas and flavor notes very floral smells of Jasmine and Violet. In the cup is an explosion of creamy mouth feel like after eating a piece of chocolate that fades into a slight tropical fruit note which quickly turns into a caramel and nut note with a hint of spice, very clean tasting no after taste, it’s also light on the tongue . These attributes make geisha coffee so sought after it was also very difficult to grow and harvest because they are so limited and fragile, but when we can get ones in to share with our customers, it’s a win-win for everyone if you are a coffee connoisseur geisha is at least worth trying once.

Honduras Honey processed Decaf - Swiss water no chemicals are used but this decaf has a twist…as the beans are dried the skin of the coffee fruit is removed exposing the sweet mucilage covering the coffee seed. These drippings are collected and reintroduced to the raw coffee hence the name honey processed . It transforms this decaf to a coffee that doesn’t taste like decaf! In medium roasts it’s clean, sweet, creamy. Think Peaches- marshmallow- Pecan-milk chocolate or for you dark roast lovers this coffee can make a delicious chocolatey robust mug of caffeine free coffee, not bitter just downright delicious!

Honduran De La Finca - In the Aroma maple syrup sweetness with chocolate notes. In the cup we taste Dark chocolate, nice nuttiness, low acid and super smooth.

Colombia EA Sugar Cane Decaf- EA decaf, or as it's commonly known, sugar cane decaf, is coffee that has been decaffeinated using the natural byproducts of sugar processing. It's environmentally friendly, leaves no residual added compounds on the coffee and most importantly, leaves a cup that's truer to its caffeinated counterpart than any other decaf we've tried so far. This tasty Colombian blend is fairly balanced with a pleasant brightness and creamy texture. Look for notes of cherry, lemon, cocoa powder and brown sugar.

In Medium to Dark roasts it rounds out the cocoa notes and brown sugar for a smooth and creamy cup it burns away the cherry notes at this level.

Breakfast Blend- Smooth, Warm, Balanced
