✨✨Just arrived from our favorite local baker East Bay Bakery 🍞 Fresh loaves of sourdough, crackling crust and all.
What makes this bread special isn’t just the golden exterior or the soft, open crumb. It’s the 🤓 alchemy that happened over many hours of wild fermentation. Lactic acid bacteria and wild yeasts worked their magic, breaking down phytic acid so your body absorbs more of the iron, zinc, and magnesium locked inside the grain 💪. First up: ceviche — bright, fresh, citrusy and made entirely from plants, with crispy chips for scooping. Because ceviche without something crunchy to scoop it up with feels like a missed opportunity.
