Prepping whole food meals all day FOR YOU 🤩

One thing we’re especially proud of at Balanced Bites: we don’t load our meals with sodium or preservatives. Our food is made fresh, with real ingredients, and kept intentionally low in sodium without sacrificing flavor. 🙌

One of the best things we hear from our frequent customers is how much of a difference they’ve noticed since making our meals part of their routine - feeling better, eating cleaner, and even seeing improvements in things like their blood pressure. ❤️

In the weeks leading up to our vacation, we’ll be offering a special selection of freezer-friendly Balanced Bites favorites so you can stock up and make those busy weeks a little easier.

📅 LAST MEAL PREP PICKUP
Tuesday, September 8th | 3–6 PM

📅 LAST GRAB & GO / PICKUP
Wednesday, September 9th | 11 AM–2 PM

Then, when we return… we’re switching things up! 🎉

Based on your feedback, meal prep pickups are moving to the beginning of the week:

🥗 Sundays | 10 AM–12 PM
Starting October 4th

🥗 Mondays | 11 AM–6 PM
Starting October 5th
(Grab & Go will also be available Mondays!)

Our goal is simple: have your meals ready before the busy week even begins. 🙌

KIDS MEALS ARE COMING TO BALANCED BITES! 🎉
