From the beginning, our philosophy has been simple: use the highest quality ingredients available, make as much as we can from scratch, and give people options that fit their lifestyle. When we place our food orders, we choose the best quality items on the list — not the cheapest option. We source local honey, local maple syrup, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal fruits and vegetables whenever they’re

available. We make our bread in-house without preservatives — which means it molds in 4–5 days, just like real bread should. But what we’re most proud of isn’t just quality. You can come in and order:
• Wings with house-made sauces
• Cheese fries with real aged cheddar
• A Halperns angus beef burger with a homemade bun
• A perfectly cooked steak

We even reformulated our falafel cakes — removing egg and using aquafaba (the liquid from beans) as the binder — so they’re completely vegan. We’re not a “health food restaurant.”
We’re not fast food. We’re simply a scratch kitchen that values real ingredients and real preparation. Our wing sauces are made in-house. Our breads are made in-house. Our dough is hand-tossed. Our cheeses are real. Our ingredients are intentional. Sometimes that means things take a little longer. Sometimes it means the price reflects the quality. Every Sunday, we have the privilege of serving one of the best Brunch menus in southern West Virginia.
We have a new Philly Cheesesteak Omelette, combining shaved ribeye, sauteed onion and pepper, swiss cheese, and farm-fresh eggs.
Lox Avocado Toast is happening! Your choice of toasted bread, smeared with dill cream cheese, fresh avocado, smoked salmon, and finished with capers.
We've got a new brunch special; Pimento Grits, featuring homestyle Grits with our famous Pimento Cheese, two Farm fresh eggs, and bacon.
Eggs Benedict are back on the menu, featuring toasted english muffins, fresh Canadian Bacon, eggs cooked to your liking, and hollandaise.
We'll also have a Breakfast Bowl, with fried potatoes, two farm fresh eggs, melted cheese, and sausage gravy.

Our Bacon Bourbon Filet is back this evening. This features our six ounce Halperns Filet Mignon with a rich, savory Bourbon Cream sauce, crispy Bacon, and Green Onion, starting at 5. You can get this served on crispy Fried Polenta for the ultimate Dish dinner.
We also have a new, popular sandwich option, Philly Cheesesteak! Shaved ribeye, sautéed onion and bell pepper, melted provolone, served on toasted ciabatta.

We have Birrata, served with blistered tomato, on toasted ciabatta, and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
We also have our Tuscan Salmon, featuring our 8oz Scottish Salmon, with a bright mushroom & spinach sauce. Buttermilk Fried Mahi is also happening, featuring buttermilk marinated mahi-mahi, coated in our crispy fish breading, and served with tartar sauce.
And it wouldn't be Friday without Crab Legs. Make it tastier with a side of fresh Kale.

We have a new starter happening; Blistered Tomato Burrata. This combines fresh grape tomato, blistered with fresh garlic, served with a fresh mozzarella ball, toasted ciabatta, and finished with balsamic reduction.
Your entree for the evening is Vodka Penne. This combines a fire roasted red bell peppers, a blend of veggies, cream, and vodka. You can get this with chicken, shrimp, salmon or steak.
