Our Commitment to You...

We, at Puerto Vallarta, will always greet you with a friendly smile, spicy salsa and a bountiful basket of freshly-prepared, warm corn tortilla chips, using 100% cholesterol-free vegetable oil. We may also prepare our famous salsa or guacamole fresh at your table, with the ripest tomatoes, chilies, and the best onions available. We always cook from scratch, using the freshest, meats, fish, produce and ingredients, according to tradition and our family recipes handed-down through the generations. Freshness is our hallmark, and the secret to the unforgettable flavor of our sizzling fajitas - we pride ourselves in never serving anything frozen, so our chicken breast is always tender, our steak juicy, and our fish delicate, yet tantalizing. From our skilled chefs in the kitchen, to the friendly staff at your table, everyone at Puerto Vallarta is committed to making our restaurant the perfect place for you, your friends and family to enjoy the celebration, experience, and fantastic flavors of Old Mexico.
