FORBIDDEN LYCHEE 🍈✨ Tito's Vodka, lychee liqueur, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice — served up in a martini glass with a fresh lychee garnish.

GOOD THURSDAY MORNING! Skies will be mostly sunny to start today, with notably cooler temperatures than we saw yesterday. Highs will be in the low to middle 70s. With cold air aloft, scattered shower and downpour activity will develop this afternoon, mainly between 2PM and 6PM. It will be breezy at times as well, with a NW wind gusting 20 to 30 mph.

Friday will stay on the cool side, but with less of an afternoon shower threat. An unseasonably cold airmass moves in for Saturday. I don’t think we see at lot of rain here in Western CT, but a shower is possible Friday night into Saturday morning. It will be notably cool and windy Saturday morning. Highs only reach the low to mid 60s Saturday, Sunday looks more pleasant as highs rebound to the 70s with less wind.

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten. Today we are grateful — and we are humbled.

VERY BERRY SMASH 🫐 Fresh muddled blueberries, Litchfield Blueberry Vodka, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, and premium ginger beer.

We built this one around Litchfield Distillery's blueberry vodka — a Connecticut-crafted spirit that does most of the heavy lifting here. Bold, layered, and a natural fit for the spring menu.
