River Rock Cafe is located five minutes from both of these destinations. Be sure to visit Danbury's historic sites like: Priddy's General Store, a 128 year old landmark, Moratock Park, an important stop on the Civil War trail, historic Rock House, a Revoltionary War landmark and Tory's Den, a cave important throughout the history of Stokes County. Visit our friends at Carolina Ziplines, Singletree Gun and Plough and Dan River Outfitters. Be sure to see the local Artwork at the Stokes County Art's Council's Apple Gallery.Stokes Pharmacy is located next door to River Rock Cafe and has all your medical needs plus outdoor goods and general merchandise. Be sure to checkout their stone fireplace, 75 inch TV showing local outdoor video in amazing "4K" resolution and a 6-foot aquarium featuring local fish and fauna. We have expanded our catering menu and hopefully catering more than ever! We will continue to serve lunch seven days a week and with a new focus on catering we have decided not to open on Friday nights this summer. We hope to see our loyal Friday night friends and all our friends for lunch any day! Let us know how we can help with your next event too!
