Over the years, Don Jorge has collected artwork, decorations, and special pieces from his travels throughout Mexico and beyond. Every painting, photograph, and colorful detail has a story behind it. Some pieces remind him of his childhood, his family, and the traditions he grew up with. Others were discovered during family trips and adventures over the past 50+ years.

The family photos on the walls are especially meaningful to him. He wanted guests to feel welcomed not just into a restaurant, but into the Olamendi family itself — a place filled with memories, history, warmth, and tradition.
