🥓 Our homemade breakfast sandwiches are causing quite the stir & selling out fast every day: bacon, two eggs, & cheese piled onto a buttery garlic-herb scone.

According to Kyle: “Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had.” We’ll happily take it. 😂

The Coffee Thief is our family’s little labor of love - built and run by the four of us: Dad, Mom, and two daughters. It’s just us creating a cozy little getaway we hope feels like home the moment you walk in.

We believe good things take time, so we use small-batch specialty coffee, make our syrups in-house, bake fresh from scratch every day with real ingredients, and scoop rich Tillamook ice cream we genuinely love serving.

Nothing fancy. Simply wholesome food, good coffee, and a whole lot of heart from our family to yours.

Thank you for welcoming us into your days and allowing The Coffee Thief to become part of this wonderful community. We truly couldn’t do it without you. ❤️
