Goodmorning! Happy Wednesday!

If you see this today, i’d like you to try to do atleast one act of kindness for someone you do not know today.
The rainy days ahead may make it more of a struggle for someone who struggles with mental health, sleeping disorders, alzheimer’s & dementia, lymes disease, elderly, arthritis and fibromyalgia, ect. and you never know when the smallest things could make a huge change in someone’s day!
