REMEMBER ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Limited numbers, because I "Small Batch" everything to get the best flavors, currently working on more things to add as they come in. Coming this season:
Fermented Dill Pickles, Old Fashioned Sauerkraut full of probiotics and other veggies both fermented and pickled. They are not only yummy they are also a great source of probiotics. Nothing gets heated in the fermentation. So all fermentation must be refrigerated. Pickled items are shelf stable until opened.
