A little update from Sol de Mayo ❤️🌮
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to no longer open on Mondays. We’ve given Mondays a try for the past year and a half, but unfortunately, we just haven’t seen enough business to make it sustainable.
As a small business, sometimes we have to make adjustments that allow us to keep doing what we love—serving you. ❤️
Thank you for continuing to support our little taco shop. It means more than you know.
