Our Salmon Patties are made from scratch and they are very labor intensive to prepare. They have been our slowest seller for several months now so we have made the decision to remove them from our menu. Yesterday was our last Wednesday offering them. We are in the process of updating our menu & we will let everyone know very soon what we are putting in their place.

One of our most precious customers passed away yesterday & my heart is breaking for the family. When I say there wasn’t a nicer lady than Mrs. Brenda, I truly mean it. She was absolutely precious & so very beautiful! She always was so very sweet & encouraging. She just had dinner with us last week & I’m so thankful I was able to get to her table to talk for a while.

My favorite part of being in this business is the relationships I get to make but losing my precious customers wasn’t something I had thought about until recently. Hal & Brenda have supported us from the beginning & have been some of our biggest cheerleaders. Every small business owner needs people like Hal & Brenda. We are truly going to miss her.

Please keep Hal & his family in your prayers during this difficult time.
