We are the 'sister restaurant' of Cyra's, an upscale restaurant also in downtown Dalton. You can bet we share some of the ingredients! Baja-Coop moved its first steps on a hot Monday of July. Danielle Kaikobad, the owner, was proud to give customers of North West Georgia (and not only) the possibility to taste a real Baja Fish Taco. Because our chef Jon was raised on the Baja/Californian coast. He

knows how a Fish Taco should taste like! Moreover, Danielle wanted to w**d out the pairing quick food = unhealthy. Baja-Coop offers Free Range Chicken wings raised with no antibiotics and growth hormones. Furthermore, we offer a 100% vegetarian and highly nutrient Quinoa Bowl.
