Known as an elite private dinner and celebrity chef, Chef Miguel is bringing his skills straight to Nick & Sam's kitchen. He was the visionary mind behind Gozo Kitchen and Lounge, where he perfected the art of blending global flavors with a vibrant Latin twist that stayed true to his roots. Since the age of 18, hospitality has been a passion of his. By age 23, he led the kitchen at the Holiday Inn in Southern California and launched a catering business just a year later. Today, he's joining the Dallas culinary scene!
