The beverage program is led by James Beard nominated barman and Proof + Pantry co-founder Michael Martensen, Proof + Pantry’s drink menu will feature a collection of carefully selected spirits and wine showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to quality, diversity and originality. Dishes will range from $10 to $30 with additional market priced selections, and drinks will be offered for $9 to $13. The 1900-square-feet space in One Arts Plaza, formerly The Greek and The Commissary, is in development by Michael Martensen, formerly of The Cedars Social and Smyth. With design by Breckinridge Taylor and Café Build, the Proof + Pantry atmosphere is comfortable and warm, while interactive and engaging. The space draws influence from an industrial rustic pantry lined with shelving, rusted metals, distressed wood accents and tile. With a prime location in One Arts Plaza, Proof + Pantry offers beautiful downtown and Arts District views from its large patio.
