---From the Bottom of Our Hearts – We wish to Thank You all - 🎶
Dear friends - who are like our family, and to all of the beautiful souls in our music community ,
Tony and I want to thank you — truly, and deeply — for the outpouring of support that we have been given.
Through your phone calls, your texts, your letters , sweet prayers, pretty cards, and all of your kind and loving words, you have shown us how much love there is in our one small room, that was truly designed, to bring loving people together ❤️
A very big & special thank you to Rosana Eckert, for starting the Go fund Me campaign. This happened at such a critical time, and has allowed Tony to continue to heal at home, without so much financial worry, on top of all that he's been through.
As I sat beside Tony these last months, I could not tell him enough, that I have never seen someone as loved as he is, by so many wonderlful people.
It is said that to be loved,- you must give love, and Tony Hakim is the best example there is, of giving love to others.
I've been so beyond blessed, with Tony's love for me for 20 years of our life and love together ! You all know that Tony "is" my life.
I am now eternally grateful that he made it safely through a very serious and long surgery. ( The longest 4 and half hrs of my life)
Your generosity, your prayers, and your kindnesses have touched us in ways we cannot fully express.
As many of you know, Tony’s recent cancer surgery and the complications that followed have been life-altering. He’s still facing a tough road through pain, gaining back strength, and constant recovery challenges.
We’ve had to pause on some of the Café and catering work we both love — and that has been scary, both emotionally and financially.
But you have all shown up for us to keep things going and still be here for ourselves and for all of you.
Your donations are helping us stay afloat during this incredibly difficult time — and keeping our business from slipping away completely. You’re buying us time, dignity, and hope.
This community has always been family to us — and now more than ever, we feel the music, love, and spirit you’ve wrapped around us.
We’ll keep you updated on Tony’s progress. He has been coming in here and there when he's felt well enough, and its been doing him good to try and get a little busy, and to see all of you.
In the meantime, please know that every gift, every note, every kindness — has given us more strength, and hope that we can still be here, for us, and for all of you.
