Strickland Propane

Strickland Propane We sell propane and propane accessories proudly in Arlen Texas.

Strickland Propane is a fictional propane and propane accessories supplier in the animated series King of the Hill. Buck Strickland owns the company, headquartered at 135 Los Gatos Road in Arlen, Texas, though he delegates most of the day-to-day responsibilities to his 41-time employee of the month, assistant manager Hank Hill. Strickland sells propane and propane accessories, including grills suc

h as the Vogner Char-King, Char-King Imperiale and Vogner Citizen, which are showcased during the annual "Grillstravaganza" sale. The company has five branch offices in Texas, known as Strickland Propane, Strickland North, South, East, and West. It is unknown how far these branches are from the Arlen headquarters, though Buck has said that North is in "charcoal country" which he thinks is the reason for the low sales numbers at that branch. The company slogan is "Taste the meat, not the heat," which refers to the way that propane does not alter or mask the taste of meat while grilling, unlike charcoal.

It has been brought to my attention that some people believe that we are a real Strickland Propane, however this is not true. As someone could see from our page feed we are a fan page dedicated to Strickland Propane from King of the Hill. Our page picture also says our location Arlen, Texas which isn't a real place. Yes, it says Dallas Texas, but in the description it does specify Arlen Texas. We've had to make it Dallas Texas due to Arlen Texas being unable to be tagged. Any complaints about actual Strickland Propane employees needs to be taken to the business itself and not a page regardless if the page represents the business. ~ Buck Strickland

So Kahn has decided to assist us with another grill idea since the last one he had for Grillstravaganza was such an amazing sales boost. Hopefully I won't...lose his pills again and have to get more from...Mexico. I'll never return to that country after it had soap in its Alamo beer. - Hank Hill
