Peggy Sue BBQ

Peggy Sue BBQ Celebrated by the Dallas Morning News as one of the top ten new restaurants reviewed in 1990, Peggy Sue BBQ has been making friends for 25 years.
(422)

One of the first smokehouses to offer table service and a full bar selection, Peggy Sue quickly became the destination for barbeque lovers interested in something more than a cafeteria experience. Oak-smoked, in the Hill country tradition, our brisket is sliced either perfectly lean or lusciously “fatty” and every weekend we serve up brisket “Burnt Ends” as a special. An extensive choice of fresh and lightly steamed vegetables, made-from-scratch traditional barbecue side dishes, and a salad bar add to the dining experience. Check out a menu full of delights at peggysuebbq.com.
