𝑫𝑬𝑳𝑰𝑹𝑰𝑼𝑴 𝑻𝑹𝑰𝑮𝑮𝑬𝑹: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙏𝙪𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙧 / Hoppy Pilsner / 4.9% ABV

Surprise! We’re big prog rock nerds. Don’t act so shocked. This hoppy little number (inspired by the modern legends Coheed and Cambria) was brewed in conjunction with FOUR other breweries from around the state — Good Line Beer Co. Pondaseta Brewing Co. Roadmap Brewing Co. and Vacancy Brewing — for this weekend’s Texas Craft Brewers Guild 🍺 Texas Brewery Roundup. Each brewery used the same recipe but chose a different domestic grown noble hop, showcasing how our American varieties can shine just as well as their European cousins, lending high aromatics and low alpha acids. We chose ADHA-1940 (otherwise known as Adeena®) from our friends Crosby Hops for this crisp and balanced, unfiltered pilsner. Celebrated for its herbal, floral, lightly spicy notes and delicate undertones of lemon and citrus, Adeena adds subtle bitterness, culminating in a clean finish.

In other words, the perfect beer to enjoy when absorbing conceptually dense, sci-fi-themed albums while dissecting complex and odd time signatures, shifting rhythms, and structural changes with analytical focus. You know… a normal Thursday night.

The Beesechurger is our fan-fav rotator pizza that smashes two iconic dishes into one - the backyard cheeseburger and our stone deck pizza. Our signature, sourdough crust gets topped with our house beer cheese sauce, hunks of ground hamburger, Vector cheese blend, diced white onions, fresh tomato, pickles, Vector’s jalapeño special sauce, and a dusting of poppy seeds on the crust. Add some crumbled bacon for a little extra (cause we all know bacon makes everything better).

And of course it wouldn’t be a cookout without a true ‘Merican beer to wash it down with. Enter Vector Formal, our cold, classic take on the premium American lager. Brewed with American-grown golden pilsner malt and delicately hopped with German Saphir for a touch of herbal bitterness, this is a beer that our forefathers would be proud of. Pairs well with crossing the Delaware and SCREEEEEEEEE!🦅

Let’s party like our country’s forefathers intended—with classic ‘Merican rock music, ice cold beers, and dogs and burgers hot off the grill!🔥

We’re celebrating the U.S. of A. turning a ripe, old 250 with another backyard BBQ at Vector Brewing on Saturday, July 4th! It all kicks off at 11am with:
🧨 $2 hot dogs
🧨 $3 Vector Formal premium American lager drafts
🧨 $4 Hamburgers
🧨 $5 Cheeseburgers
There will be no regular menu! No pizza, sandos, salads, apps, etc. Just this patriotic grill sesh. Why? Because FREEDOM, that’s why! 🦅

We’ll be serving our normal breakfast and coffee drinks from 7am to 11am so you can grab a bite before the annual Exchange Club Lake Highlands July 4th parade at 9am. ¡SÍ SE PUEDE!🙌

Last night was absolutely incredible. We were honored to have our El Tri Mexican Lager featured at the Mexico game watch party Sundance Square Plaza in Fort Worth, with thousands in attendance. The vibes were immaculate. The excitement was off the charts. And the beer was cold, crisp, and so good in the Texas heat.

Thank you for embracing this beer with so much enthusiasm. Let’s keep on cheering Mexico as they take on England Sunday night! Cans are gone, but still plenty on draft in the taproom. ¡Cielito Lindo!⚽️🙌
