Our 2025 A to Z Oregon Rosé is bright and refreshing with notes of peach, melon, citrus and red berries—the perfect match for Chef’s shrimp ceviche, salsa verde chicken empanadas or crab and kale salad.

Craving something bolder? The 2023 Metal Bender Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon brings rich dark fruit, espresso and velvety tannins that pair beautifully with the filet and Cajun crawfish cream sauce or house-made pappardelle and meatballs.

Chef’s Feature Menu changes every three weeks, so come sip your way through this one, menu will change again Thursday!
