Sammy learned about Portion PadL from Siler Chapman, and after testing a few versions with the Portion PadL team, we landed on a custom setup for GAPCo's garlic knots.

Consistent portions. Cleaner cuts. A whole lot less time spent trying to eyeball every knot.
