A Little Note from Resident Taqueria 🌮❤️
Wow! What an incredible moment for our little neighborhood taqueria! We are truly humbled and grateful to receive Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. Thank you to our amazing team, loyal regulars, and the Lake Highlands community for 11 wonderful years of support.
With all the excitement, we want to share a friendly reminder: We’re not going anywhere! Please don’t feel the need to rush over. Visit us when it’s convenient for you. We want every guest, whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth, to enjoy the Resident experience the way it was intended — with great food, genuine hospitality, and a little time to enjoy it all.
A few friendly housekeeping notes:
🌮 No reservations. We’re a first-come, first-served neighborhood taqueria.
🌮 We’re small! Just 1,600 square feet, so seating can be limited, especially during busy hours.
🌮 Parking is limited. We share our lot with other wonderful neighborhood hospitality businesses. Please be considerate of our neighbors and give them some love, too!
🌮 Counter service. Our team will help guide you through the menu and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
❤️ Be kind. A little patience, understanding, and kindness go a long way, especially when we’re busy.
Our priority has never been to serve the most people in the shortest amount of time. It’s to take care of the people who walk through our doors, one guest and one taco at a time.
The recognition is an honor, but our community is what makes Resident special.
