The Pyland family introduced french fries to fairgoers in 1945. This year Jack has added some new variations, including Chili & Cheese Frys. Pair it with our new Rattlesnake Lemonade and it’s a winning combination! Let us know what you think!

"Jack Pyland’s favorite thing to do is jump out of planes. He’s jumped about 10,000 times since 1970. But he’ll take a break from skydiving this fall to keep his feet on the ground at the State Fair of Texas. In 75 years of life, Pyland might be one of the few Dallasites who can say, “I’ve never missed a State Fair.”

Jack loves converting ketchup lovers into using vinegar (along with salt & pepper) on their Fries. Good Morning Texas co-host Erin Hunter exclaimed, "It tastes like a slat & vinegar chip!" Exactly! Vinegar was used to flavor fries long before ketchup. Try it!
