Thankful
Life has been tough lately, this small move is ANOTHER needed step out the way.

Poolside, good company, and a picanha cooked the right way.
Just a little kosher salt, cooked over the fire, finished medium rare like all steak should be. Topped off with fresh chimichurri to bring it all together.
This is the kind of cook that reminds you simple done right always wins.

We all have a struggle we’re fighting against. Never think everyone has it figured out.

Most of us are building something we’ve never done before, battling things we know all too well, and standing right on the edge of the next step in life.
Keep going anyway.

One day you’ll look back and realize the pressure was shaping you into who you needed to become.

Showing love and support to those chasing the same BBQ dream, no matter what stage they’re in.

always says to go out and support others because this work is hard work. Anybody willing to put in the time, sacrifice, and long cooks deserves respect.

Yesterday was National BBQ Day, and since .bbq didn’t have a pop-up set up, it felt right to go support somebody else doing what they love.

definitely hit the spot. Our little one wasn’t feeling too great, so we had to head out before we could properly say hello, but we’ll catch y’all next time.
