Gosh - we are feeling the love! From lines out the door, to familiar faces, to starting with a full walk-in freezer on Friday and ending with a bare walk-in freezer at the start of Monday.
The cool thing about making our ice cream from scratch is you’re most likely eating a scoop of ice cream that was made a day or two before. Even cooler? The dairy in that scoop came from a local, grass-fed cow that was milked just that weekend before…not many ice cream shops can say that!
The tough thing about making our ice cream from scratch is a 3 gallon batch doesn’t just show up at our doorstep. It takes A LOT of work. From being spot on with our sourcing of ingredients to mixing each batch, freezing it and making all of our scratch made mix-ins in our kitchen. We’d be lying if we told you we’ve got it all handled and we have no problem keeping up 😜.
All this to say, thank you!!! Our team is doing our best to keep up with production demand and gracefully serve each person through multiple hours of lines out the door and we hope you feel it! Our goal will always be to serve the best scratch made ice cream and the most excellent customer service.
