Black legal history is American history, and our had an insightful and engaging celebration that expanded our worldview while drawing us closer together.
This month, we commemorated Black History Month with purposeful activities that nourished our minds, hearts, and appetites, including:
đ An informative presentation led by our Paralegal, Anaya Robinson, delving into pivotal moments and figures in Black legal heritage that fostered deeper knowledge and understanding for our entire team.
đ§ An engaging trivia game spotlighting prominent Black figures in American history that put our knowledge to the test and allowed our competitive spirits to shine.
đ˝ď¸ Delicious offerings from Granny's Cajun Cooking, a local Black-owned business that was incredibly accommodating, as well as delectable â a must-try if youâre in the Dallas area.
These endeavors reflect our firm's ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving meaningful dialogue and deeper understanding. We look forward to many more celebrations and learning opportunities like this in the future.
