Happy Sunday! Today’s featured bartender is Daisy!

Daisy rolled into Dallas about four years ago and never left. She made herself right at home and now shares her life here with her dog, Beau.

You’ll find Daisy at Frank Day’s most weekends… unless she decides she needs to head back to Iowa and spend time with her family. 🙄😆

When Daisy is behind the bar, the music is playing, the shots are flowing, and there’s never a dull moment.

Her signature drink, the Summer Smash, is pure Daisy. It’s got Red Bull for a little energy, a touch of sour, and plenty of sweet. The perfect combination!

Be sure to stop in and give it a try. And if Red Bull isn’t your thing, Daisy will happily substitute Fresca. She swears it’s almost as good! 😂🍹

Happy Saturday! Today’s featured bartender is Whitney Lindquist!

Whitney is Frank’s oldest granddaughter and, according to Whitney, Shelley’s favorite. 😉

Whitney’s Pomegranate Martini is about as Whitney as a drink can get. If she could add rhinestones to it, she probably would!

Whitney brings plenty of personality, laughs, and energy to Frank Day’s every weekend. You’ll find her here all day on Saturdays and helping keep the fun going whenever she’s behind the bar.

Be sure to stop in and enjoy one of Whitney’s signature martinis while you can. She’ll be taking a few months off soon to welcome her newest little one into the world. Apparently she thinks that’s a good reason for some time off! 😆

And don’t be surprised if big brother Axel stops by to charm all the ladies while Mom is working.

Happy Friday! Today’s featured bartender is Jessica Martin!

Jess joined the Frank Day’s team a little over a year ago. During the day she works full-time in the ag industry buying grain… or something farm-related. Honestly, we’re not exactly sure what she does, but we know we’re lucky whenever we can steal her away to work at Frank’s! 😆

Around here, we call Jess the nice one. She’s always smiling, bringing positive energy to the bar, and making customers feel welcome.

When she’s not working, she’s usually off to a concert, rodeo, or some other adventure. Even with her busy schedule, she still finds time to help out a couple nights each week.

Be sure to stop in and try Jess’ Packin’ Peach Mule! 🍑🍹 It’s the perfect summer cocktail and just as sweet as the bartender who created it.

Happy Thursday! Today’s featured staff member is Katie Vedral!

Katie is one of Frank Day’s hidden gems. Most days, you’ll find her at the hospital or at home with her dogs hitting the books, but we’re lucky enough to steal her away when we can.

When Katie is here, she brings top-notch customer service and just the right amount of sass to fit in perfectly at Frank’s. You’ll usually find her taking care of customers in our world-famous Rumors Fine Dining Restaurant or running around making sure every nook and cranny is spotless.

Be sure to try Katie’s Anti-Social Cocktail. It’s basically a Long Island on steroids! 🍹

And if you’re lucky, Katie might even stop by to say hello.

Happy Wednesday! Today’s featured staff member is Dalton Bromwich Jr., better known as DJ!

You’ll find DJ in the kitchen most nights of the week serving up great food, and on Sundays he’s here all day taking care of both food and drinks.

When he’s not at Frank Day’s, he’s usually farming or mowing lawn. The only thing DJ might love more than cooking for our customers is an ice-cold Busch Light!

Be sure to stop in and try DJ’s signature Bloody Mary. We’re a little biased, but we think Frank Day’s homemade Bloody Mary is tough to beat. Just be prepared for a little heat, and enjoy the bacon and onion ring that come along with it! 🍅🥓🍺
